Shipping Policy

At Amnite, we aim to make delivery simple, reliable, and transparent.

All orders are carefully packed and dispatched as quickly as possible. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details where available.

Free standard delivery on orders over £50

Order Processing Time

We aim to process and dispatch orders within 1–2 working days.

Please note:

  • orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed on the next working day

  • during busy periods, launches, or promotions, dispatch times may be slightly longer

  • delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed

Tracking Your Order

Where tracking is available, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information once your parcel has been dispatched.

If you do not receive your shipping email, please check your spam or promotions folder before contacting us.


Delivery Notes

Please keep in mind:

  • working days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or UK bank holidays

  • delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location

  • remote areas may occasionally experience longer delivery times

  • courier delays can happen during busy seasonal periods or due to circumstances outside our control


Incorrect Shipping Details

Please make sure your delivery address is entered correctly at checkout.

If you notice an error in your address, contact us as soon as possible at support@amnite.co.uk. If your order has not yet been processed, we will do our best to update it.

If an order is returned to us due to an incomplete or incorrect address, we may ask you to cover the cost of re-delivery. 

Delays

While we always aim to deliver within the estimated timeframe, delays may occasionally occur due to:

  • courier disruptions

  • weather conditions

  • high order volume

  • public holidays

  • events outside our control

Pre-Order / Personalised / Special Items

If Amnite later offers personalised, engraved, or made-to-order pieces, those items  have their own longer lead times clearly stated on the product page.
