You can return your item within 14 days of the receipt of the item you wish to return. Please drop us an email (must add your order number) at support@amnite.co.uk for more information on how to process a return.
Please return item(s) in a saleable, unworn and undamaged condition in its original packaging within 14 days of receipt. Please do not send items outside of this time-frame or they will be refused.
Earrings and pierced items can not be returned due to hygiene reasons.
Sale item(s) are non-refundable
Unfortunately we do not offer a free return label. The delivery fee of the items sent for return belongs to the customer.
If you have damaged your items or show signs of wear we cannot accept a return - they must be in a resealable condition.
If your order is returned to us and we accept the return, then you will be issued a refund for the item(s) total amount. Please note delivery costs are non-refundable unless we are liable for mistakes on the shipping label.
Exchange
We currently offer exchanges for eligible returned items, subject to stock availability.
If you would like an exchange, please contact us first at support@amnite.co.uk so we can confirm availability and next steps.
If you have damaged your item(s) or show signs of wear we cannot accept an exchange - they must be in a resealable condition.
If your requested replacement is unavailable, we may offer:

FAULTY GOODS
All of our products are carefully checked before they are lovingly packaged.
If for any reason your item is faulty or has been damaged in transit please get in touch immediately via support@amnite.co.uk attaching an image of the item in the email will speed the process along. Please do this within 24 hours of receiving your item.
If it has been 24 hours since the delivery date, we cannot assist, and the products will be considered as "misuse by the buyer".
REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not and you will be issued your full or partial refund.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

*If you have not paid the customs tax (for international orders only)
the parcel is returned to us.
When the parcel is returned to us, we will issue a refund for the items.
Delivery charges are not refundable.
If you still want the items, you need to create a new order.
Non-returnable/refundable item(s)
We may refuse returns for:

sealed earrings or other hygiene-sensitive items once unsealed

items returned outside the applicable return window

items that have been worn, damaged, altered, or returned in an unsuitable condition

gift cards, if offered

bespoke or personalised items, if offered and clearly stated at purchase
